surely whatever there is to inspect is the reality and anything an inspector finds is good and the attitude is surely, the inspectors are your colleagues, they are just trying to maintain standards and assist each teacher and school. You are not on trial. We have the best armed forces in the world and they maintain this status, giving us the freedom we enjoy, by having inspectors we do not have to announce their inspection and are looked upon as colleagues. 
I hope this makes sense and whatever you and the school are doing has to be presented to the inspectors 'as is' or its a 'cover up' surely.
