[senco-forum] speed up

Hello Marije

  I love 'Speed Up!' and recommend it to everyone I meet.  I have used it with older pupils but I'd say that you just can't go at the speed the book says with older ones.  They have had many more years of poor writing to overcome so we found it took them much longer to improve.  Having said that, most of them made some improvement within two weeks - especially those who did not leave gaps between words before they started.

Is there anything against using it with slightly older pupils? (14...?) 

Has anyone used it recently? What are the pitfalls?
