Article: [senco-forum] Magical Spelling

Hi
I would just like to mention that Cricket Kemp and Caitlin Walker have a new
website www.magicalspellinglimited.com up and running which demonstrates
their 'Magical Spelling' method. The subject was raised some time ago on the
forum and just thought you might like to see an update of the website.

I have found it to be a useful technique to use with some dyslexic children
and students of all ages who have issues with spelling. (The method can also
be effective to help establish more stable images of numbers with dyslexic
students.)

I see from their website that they have a teachers and parents workshop
coming up in Jan: it is a full day for only £25 which sounds very reasonable
- I have heard that they are very good - (although I haven’t been to the
training myself). I have a copy of their booklet which I would recommend.

Kind regards
