[senco-forum] exam concessions

I know I'm being at risk considered to be a dork, but here goes:

When reading and spelling skills fall within the average range, one
cannot award extra time or can one?

What if it is enormously out of kilter, compared to non verbal skills
and High general IO's?

I was always under the impression spelling had to be at least below
average (say a ss. of 80 or less...). 

However, if expectations are high, because other subjects are all going
extremely well.. there is a case to be made... can someone give
definitive answer?
