Love all the ideas promoted by One Laptop per child, but we need to also get
a similar scheme up and working in the UK along the lines of the old BECTA
CAP project.

Here students with communications difficulties got laptops and specialist
software ( or other ICT aids) to help them access learning as independent
learners.
