One organisation I have seen in action around the country is:

Welcome back!

The thing is that if you take a year or so out of the forum and then come
back, a lot of the postings are the same!  At least you get to look at it
with fresh 'Secondary' eyes.

I think Dyslexia Action do a training course on Access arrangements if that
helps at all.
