[senco-forum] filtering e-mails

I had my PC reinstalled and lost all my settings.  Can somebody tell me 
exactly what to put into the Outlook Express Rules from messages boxes to 
ensure SENCo forum e-mails go into the folder?  I've tried all manner of 
combinations and not found the right one yet.  just putting SENCO FORUM in 
the subject line contains does not work.
