,,, and the [senco-forum] is in square brackets - highlight it on an
email, then copy and paste into the message rules bit and it should work

Have you written 'senco forum'  EXACTLY as it appears in the subject
line of emails?  For example; in my emails it appears as: (senco-forum)
. I seem to recall that filters are very *literal* and will only look
for an exact match.
