Only the ones we give them.

Look at any other language such as  Gaelic or Estonian that uses the same
Latin alphabet and yet produce very different results. The vowel-consonant
rate in Estonian is 45:55; with 26 Estonian phonemes including 9 vowels:
u, o, a, o, ü, ö, ä, e, i  and compound words.

For example: '
'Kuuuurijate töööö jäääärel' = '(A) moon researchers' work-night at (the)
edge of (the) ice'.
