Consider looking at the NAPTA site. Support staff can conduct online
profiling, evaluating their skills and seeing where they meet occupational
standards etc

Membership is not free, but my LA has subscribed for schools for a year and
as the info provided by report; individual profiles/certificates which can
form the basis of performance management and a whole school report, can be
imported into your sef and school development plans or for investors in
people, then maybe your senior management may consider it worth subscribing.
