I'm glad you said that. It's true and I've seen it for myself. The only answer is that it's the system and not the individuals. Everyone feels beleaguered, without common ground. And neither side can say 'let's work together' because the risks are (apparently) too great. A lack of trust, shifting sands, the balance of power tipped too far one way (or each thinks the other has the greater power!). A recipe for the war of nations!!!!! ;-) We're *all* the good guys really. Has anyone seen the latest TED prize-winner's 'Wish'?
