[senco-forum] IEPs at KS3/4

We use Student Support Plans and I only write for those that have a 
statement/school action plus and the very weakest SA.

On one side is a summary of the students difficulties /academic 
data/objectives and targets /provision in and out of school . On the other 
side is a list of strategies that staff should use to meet the needs of the 
student.

Staff like them as they have all the info in one place and what they need to 
do . Most of the info is contained on one A4 sheet.

Will email if anyone wants a copy.
