[senco-forum] On Newsnight this evening

The last time I made the mistake of describing Brain Gym as being pushed by
load of charlatans I got abusive e-mail - which didn't change my views  so
I'm interested to see how much you lot get- basically any exercise including
a really stretchy yawn then stimulates circulation and hence concentration
- ??? Because more oxygen in stimulated circulation with just a little of it
going to the brain ??? Barbara ht
