Hi Jeff, I daresay that's true, but I haven't been able to find an independent EP to offer us such a service. Some still see children in the broom cupboards and assorted spaces that both independent schools and state schools make available. An many Independent EPs offer a service to their schools which is indistinguishable form that of the LA services in all respects including consultation and training. The difference may be that the individual EPs you have met in the past have been funded directly by the parents rather than by the school.
