In my borough we have a share of EP time - in my school of nearly 400    children we get 11 hrs per year. There are also LEA advisory teachers but the    cognition and learning team has just disappeared. The LEAS view is that schools      now have people with the relevant expertise to diagnose and teach    dyslexic/dyspraxic pupils. In my school I have the OCR diploma, a colleague has    the OCR   cert and is doing the diploma and another is doing the certificate.  However I   think we are exceptional and most schools have noone qualified. We  seem to be   going backwards!     Janice Rolnick
