These were used as a major reference when I did the  Certificate of
Professional Development: The Role of the Senco with Roehampton aboyt five
or six years ago.  It may still be possible to get a copy (free)from what
was the DfES - the latest acronym eludes me - I can remember some of the
latest suggestions about furnishings and charms but not the complete set
of letters!
