I can think of 2 children with Statements and 3 at SA or SA+ at our school(sec.) who have lessons from 'outside' music teachers. Whether this is part of the LA arrangements or arranged by our Head of Music, I don't know. Certainly, as far as the school is concerned, 'SEN' isn't a bar.
