[senco-forum] Access Arrangements

Well, at present it is the SATS which are causing me problems - 7 for readers and 4 of those have extra time. I have 2.2 T.A.s and so we're a bit stretched - may have to read to 2 pupils at a time, which is tricky as you know. I will be asking teachers if they'll help out but the school doesn't employ any outsiders for SATS.

In GCSEs this year I have only 2 with readers and 1 with a scribe and 1 with a scribe at A2 - so that won't bee too bad but next year I am going to have 6 with readers .........and the year after that it gets worse.

The school will employ outsiders to be readers and scribes but of course they aren't always practised in the art, as it were.
