[senco-forum] Autism training and the TEACCH approach

Hi All,

We are a small pupil referral unit and have recently had
students with Aspergers/ASD. We want to be better prepared
for working with such students so are looking into cpd
opportunities.

Recently we had a flier from 'ASSET'
www.autismtraining.co.uk offering a one day course
introducing staff to the 'TEACCH' approach to teaching
children with ASD.

Does anyone have any experience of this cpd provider, this
course, this approach?

Any comments or recommendations of other courses/providers
would be really useful please.
