  Has anyone been interviewed or carried out interviews recently for the role of   SENCo/Inclusion Co-ordinator?     A HT at one of my schools has asked for ideas for questions for interviews to be   carried out next week...all suggestions welcome. It's a while now since I was a   SENCo...I have some thoughts but real experiences are always useful.     Thanks.     Elaine.
