Has anyone had any experience of going on to the leadership scale ? Does
this include any upper threshold payments ? I have looked on a union pay
calculator website and it doesn't seem to so it seems to be possible to get
less money on the leadership scale than on TLR 1 plus UP payments. When you
are on a particular leadership point then do you go up each year until you
reach the top of the scale or does it depend on performance management or
something else?
