I agree with Sharon. I just know - from experience - that the more I target a child's preferred way of learning - the easier the initial learning will be. And that ways they do not initially select - will need to be worked at - because they will be needed for satisfactory learning in the mainstream classroom. And my methods are trial and error - and I am afraid now - not tested at all! Just done! And if I can do it as a game - or something different - so much the better. But I know that I will need to target A - V - K - individually and in combinations for the speediest learning for my students.
