Send all uncompleted work home and insist parent make sure it is completed
before any TV or Computer time is given.

I had this problem with mine in Year 3 and Year 6.  It take about 3 weeks to
break them. Mine have High IQ/dyslexia/ Sensory Processing issues that can
look like mild autism re social skills and language processing etc.,
