[senco-forum] A Year 7 class who are just not getting on together

Anyone any ideas................we have one Year 7 cass who are just not getting along. There are some very tricky characters in there and the amount of back citing, nastiness, verbal bullying and general unpleasantness to each other is becoming a real problem and we don't know what to do.
I suggested circle time activities and taking them out on team building days - not sure where but the head of sixth form has ideas.
Anything else ? Anyone similar experiences ?
