I should have added that these were tasks, rather than pencil and paper
tests, especially for Maths.  We found the maths ones really useful, as
they came with resources (dice; shapes; coloured rods etc) depending on
the content, which could be used as general resources once the SATs time
was over!  If you needed the packs for only one child, a spare was always
included, which also came in useful!  Free resouces like this were the
only things we missed when Wales ended SATs.
