And that was one of our objectives. The necessary skills of the supporter  
are precise and can be overseen by someone with the breadth of SEN and  
responding to literacy difficulties.

It has been so professionally rewarding to receive positive feedback from  
across the country and overseas. Perhaps I need to step out into the agressively 
 commercial world and insist that this is what you should be doing. But 
somehow,  work - life balance gets in the way and I do believe that potential users 
should  make up their own mind.  I have made more friends adopting that  
philosophy.
