Article: [senco-forum] enlarging print for CP pupil

Hi Mary,

There are several companies that supply a magnifying bar / ruler and all
seem to charge around the same price. One example can be found at
http://www.magnifyingglasses.co.uk
Look for Text & reading magnifiers

Hope this may help,

Tim

Subject: [senco-forum] enlarging print for CP pupil

We have a pupil with Cerebral Palsy who needs an enlarged text. We have
the software on his laptop to enlarge the font. The books that he reads
have an appropriate sized print at present but in the future text size
is likely to be too small for him. Sensory Support can offer a 'gadget'
for enlarging text but it would seem far more useful to have a small
magnifying strip for him to place over any book, worksheet etc. Does
anyone know of such a thing? thanks in advance.
