[senco-forum] Gifted and Talented-PLASC

be recorded on the PLASC data.

A couple of years ago there was something about identifying Gifted and
Talented on the DfES - as it then was - website.  I don't know whether
there is still something useful under the new acronym; it might be worth a
try!
