To save you all wasting a lot of time, just to let you know that I tried to
order this today from the DCSF and they say it is still too new for them to
send out and to try again in a couple of weeks.
Meanwhile you can of course print it out for yourselves - all 298 pages of
it!!
I suggest waiting....
