I didn't say they couldn't read or write .... though EMI's owner, Guy Hands, still reads and writes with considerable difficulty. According to the Observer yesterday 'He hates people who say "dyslexia is no bad thing, look at all the famous people who've got it". He will not shirk from saying: "I really wish I could read".' I tend to agree with Martin. It's about self esteem, confidence and helping them to gain skills for life.
