Article: [SENco-forum] Warhammer books

No idea on the reading age, but they might have the audio version at the
library.

Having read the first 3 Harry Potters to my severely dyslexia daughter I
baulked at book 4. It was about 3 inches thick. Instead I bought a set of
audio tapes -but only for the first half. She read the second half herself.
Her reading age was less than 10 at that point. The audio set scenes and
described characters etc that then made it easier for her to read.

Does anyone know if any of the Warhammer books might be readable for a
dyslexic child with a word recognition age of 9.06 - 10.00 please? Which one
would be best to start with? I've heard him mention Orcs and Space
Marines???

Many thanks,
Mary K
