[SENco-forum] 1977 versus 2007

It might be interesting to tally up how many SENco's or those in any SEN
arena have SEN, SEN in the family or faced some barrier to learning.

Would the result be higher than general teaching or education employees?

Would an intake of 25% (positive discrimination) of teachers with SEN help
get SEN issues addressed quicker?
