Or have the nations SENCo's permanently got their feet up?

The 1970's were an awful time for inclusion. I worry that the noughties
will be an awful time for child and adolescent mental health the "PRAISE
THE LORD AND PASS THE MEDICATION" years. Now back to annual reviews.
