[senco-forum] key Stage 1 SATS NC levels 2000 2001 2002 needed

Our school has just started doing mid year NSATS in KS2 to help track progress using NC sub levels. Some children did KS1 papers to ensure they would score. Unfortunately these were not straight forward past papers that I usually use. Instead we were supplied with something which is an amalgamation of various past papers (2000, 2001 and 2002) and produced by BBC Worldwide. We were given the mark scheme, but to my horror there is no table to translate raw scores into NC sub levels...aaah.... I have some old mark schemes but not all. I'm not sure that its possible to combine scores from 3 different years any way!
  There doesnt seem a clear formula for levelling eg x% of marks = level 1a. So HELP!
  Everybody is blaming everybody else for this mess - has anyone got any practical suggestions, beyond getting the poor kids to do another paper!
