Hello everyone

I am doing my dissertation for my Masters on the role of the senco and am
looking for info on how the role has changed for the people doing it. Can
anyone help by answering the following questions?

1. What is your full job title?
2. Have you been awarded a TLR for SENCO work?
3. What is your current work within the area of SEN?
4. Anything else you want to tell me! Have a rant if you wish!!
