SENco's who balance parent/child/school needs can be Princess Leia (sorry guys!) fighting for the rights of the small planet to be independent from the Empire's control.  That makes the LA the empire and Darth Vader a jumped up minion with delusions of grandeur and sadly left in a position with way too much power and not enough heart.  

I'm sure we can all name one of those (silently in our heads!!!)
