EP's can and do have BAS/IQ tests for IQ that others do not. However SpLD

Wouldn't it be nice if all these 'consultants' actually did some work with 
the pupils.  'Consultant' is in danger of becoming a term of abuse. 
Consultants in other fields still do what they consult on, in education not 
so.
