asked her what other information might be of help.

APD testing is being carried out in a number of centres now.  It does tend
to vary according to the facilities available to the particular centre.  The
APD steering group of the BSA is attempting to gather information on sites
that are able to offer testing and also information about the type of
testing they can offer.  Not all sites that offer testing are able to
provide more than advice with regard to management.
The current chairperson of the APD steering group is Dr Sally Hind
sally at ihr.mrc.ac.uk and the incoming chairperson is Dr Doris Bamiou
doris-eva.bamiou at uclh.nhs.uk

The next meeting of the APD interest group is a joint meeting with the
Paediatric Auditory Interest group and is open to all teachers and SLTs.
There will be sessions on assessment and management of APD in school. Date
