Janice I use ring binders but only for students who have a statement . Divided into sections for Annual Review ,Letters,Information Collection sheets and TA record sheets ,any medical or external reports and misc bits and pieces. I have 26 of these and they take up all of a six foot cabinet. They used to be kept in document wallets and I could never find anything especially when a parent threw me a curved ball in a meeting - much easier to go to relevant section in binder . It is working for me. For those at SAP and SA I keep in document wallets in filing cabinets - two of them . For these students most stuff is filed on the school system and only printed off when needed.
