[senco-forum] Storage of files [Scanned]

  I've just started using Tranfer Spring Files too after using a folder which needed to use plastic wallets.

  We've decided to try to use our files like our EPs do.  Everything goes in, newest files at the front.  That way you have everything in date order.  I've tried keeping things in 'groups' but couldn't make it work.
  We are also going to move towards placing our files on shelves rather than in the suspension files we had before.  I only have one filing cabinet and no room for another.

  As for electronic storage - I'm stuck with SIMS.

them in date order, someone wants to read an it all goes out again. I
did try tagging , but you could guarantee I wanted the page in the
middle!

I currently store all my SEN info for individual envelope wallets but in
a 
recent inspection it was suggested that these were difficult to trawl
through. 
It would be far better to have the info in some sort of ring binder with

dividers - but my problem is how to store all the files. My files
currently fit 
into a filing cabinet but I suspect ring binders would be too bulky. I
would 
welcome any advice. What do other people use?
