I do the same as you Janice, with 350 SEN files there is no other way. I keep the Annual Review documents in strong, clear, landscape plastic walllets within the envelope files. I can usually find most things. It would be far better to have the info in some sort of ring binder with dividers - but my problem is how to store all the files.
