[senco-forum] confidential information- its not confidential !

Hi Amanda

Whilst I appreciate the 'concept' that the information in the annual 
reviews are ' confidential', in reality this is not the case. Especially 
once anything gets into the LEa organisation. Apart from the 'cultural' 
belief that its a public organisation, in reality now under the freedom 
of information act, all within an LEA has to be disclosed to any 
request. So, all is publicly available if asked for.
If you wish to ask what is the 'safest' method of transportation. I 
don;t think there is a real answer to this- as can be demonstrated by 
the home office etc. cock-ups of data loss. Even with their budgets it 
seems the only sure method is by trusted salaried regimental motorbike 
riders !

Anyone wish to comment on my thoguths, you are welcome of course.
