Vocation, As with many Acts there are always some kind of conflicting issues.There may well be freedom of information issues but we also have to pay regard to the Data Protection Act.I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I know I have to keep my pupils statements secure and confidential in line with Data protection.
