To Jan Rolnick I have used transfer files and plastic wallets in the past. They are very effective especially with a contents page at the front eg Statement 1; EP reports 2; Assessments 3 etc. Transfer files are good. Slimmer than ring binders, but a tad expensive. I colour code the different stages of my filing cabinet eg red statements ; blue action plus; green action. Upon reflection I may hit for transfer files again now that I have my new budget.
