[senco-forum] a diabetic using the gym for exams or somewhere else

I would certainly not let her go in there - I'm diabetic too - she will dehrdrate in seconds if it's anything like our gym. I have various pupils that I allow to do the exams elsewhere - people are usually helpful about giving up their offices if mine is in use and you just need an invigilator - no paperwork involved - just make sure the room you use is clear of any helpful information on the walls etc and that there is a copy of the exam regulations on the wall for her to see and a sign for the door telling people there is an exam - also she could have a rest break if she neesds it.
Hope she is o.k. - insist she does her exams somewhere else...................I would
