[senco-forum] Disability Equality Scheme

also DIsability equality schemes should be drawn up with disabled 
people and with input from the pupils!!  it needs shared responsibility 
and has to be owned by thegovernors in the end to ensure it is enacted.

Personally I think its appalling that you should be expected to drawn

up on your own - to me its a cop out by your head - I wonder if the 
Governors
actually know about it, if so it should be minuted.  Perhaps your 
teacher  rep
can help you.
