  Anyone wishing to find a simple record/playback program for this type 
of work might like to take a quick look at our Chatback program:

  This is a very simple program to use, and deals with single words 
only.  There's a list (with sounds) of the phonemes, and waveforms of 
the student and teacher voices for comparison.
