[senco-forum] Support Structure in School

Hi all
Our new Head is determined to change the structure of support in school. I'm not sure exactly what he wants to do - and I'm not sure he does either! If anyone has got time could you give me a quick run down of how the support structure works in your school - including how the SENCo links with pastoral etc etc.
I have 20 Statements and 70 on SA+ with a range of complex needs including PD and SLD.
All I know is that at present I feel overwhelmed with my workload - exam arrangements haven't helped - I have done 59 Form 8s!
