[senit] PowerPoint to Flash Converters

Rather convoluted answer, but Open Office Impress has the ability to open

You can also use CamStudio (free) which can record your desktop (inc sound) 
or parts of it as AVI and can then convert it to Flash.

Another free software triumph!
