Yes
I can certainly bundle things up and feedback to James.
'probably a good idea although separate posts also might be stronger.

There always was a problem with an amount of whimsy or humour that they
wanted to include;
I suppose coming from a background in entertainment rather than education.

Chris Hopkins and I were involved in some of the discussions and
planning for the activities, especially trying to get the switch
scanning better -which it is -much better, but it still has some major
flaws.
I didn't seen a fully operational site till the other day.

But yes I agree that they could do more to identify who it's for and why.

To answer Jonathan's question I don't know of any practical involvement
from Becta.
Which does seem to fit with their new mission statement ...

On macs
I believe there is a version of Firefox for intel based macs (I know
that's no help for 'normal' macs)
There is a version of Opera for macs although I hear they are starting
to make noises about not continuing its development.
But I suppose once they get round the active X problems (which I presume
is why it works better in I.E) then it should work more easily in
Firefox/Opera/Safari.

James did say that they were actively working on the browser problems.
Also that it is for development and improvement.

He also sent me a page or two of instructions on the different games
that I couldn't see on the site, and as soon as I find the file I'll
post it on the forum.
